Full Workflow Scenario

  1. Order is created by an employee or directly by a client (eCommerce partners supported).
  2. The designated responsible employee receives a new order notification (choose roles/departments in settings).
  3. The responsible employee approves the order.
  4. A notification is sent to the receiver.
  5. Another employee (configured in settings) is notified about the approved order.
  6. The order is assigned to an employee/driver.
  7. Real‑time website, push, SMS, and email notifications go to the assigned driver.
  8. The driver confirms pickup, receiver address, and any money to collect (or notes prepaid).
  9. From web or mobile, the driver can Deliver, Postpone, or Discard, updating shipment status instantly.

Meanings on the Shipment Page

Courier fees : Your service fees for shipping.

Package fees :Cash to collect for the sender and return after delivery (COD style).

Return courier fees :Fees to return something to the sender.

Return package cost :System‑only value, hidden from the customer.

Return package fees responsible : Who pays the return collection fees — the receiver or the sender.
